Geordie’s leaving do. Not to be mistaken for a celebration (!)
Saturday 9th September, Garden party at 40 Mersey Crescent, young Steven is cleverly combining his leaving do with a wee bit of fundraising for his forthcoming trip to Kilimanjaro with the British Red Cross.
£5 entry, and if you wouldn’t mind, we would like you to also bring some kind of raffle prize. (Be it a star prize, a comedy prize, a booby prize, or other prize… perhaps some kind of service you can offer…)
Garden gates will open at 4.30pm, and drinks will be available from the bar (pay as you go affair – don’t panic, the landlord and landladies are reasonable people and the bar will not be extortionate!) and the BBQ will be available for food (again - pay as you go) We are sorry that the is no BYO policy at this event, but we were unable to get the licence for the day.
All welcome. Please do bring your friends (as Geordie has none) Party games and antics to entertain and astound you. If you know any card tricks, please do practise them beforehand, there will be a prize.
Dress code is garden party, but bribes to the doormen accepted. All proceeds to the British Red Cross. Thank you and enjoy!
