Men's Kit - Sizing Advice
Shorts / Trousers: these come up quite large around the waist and are a touch slimmer on the leg. The recommendation is to opt for one size smaller than normal. We have trimmed the standard length to what will be a couple of inches above the knee on most people. A longer option will be available should you specify it.

Tops: the playing shirts quite trim around the chest, so need to consider range of movement. The recommendation is to opt for one size larger than normal. The same applies to any tops that you will be active in or will have layers underneath. For tops that you will not be active in then you should get your normal size.

Ladies Kit - Sizing Advice
All playing kit, including shorts and shirts is true to size, so you should opt for your normal size. Some ladies have found that the training tops come up large on them, so the recommendation is that if you are between sizes then opt for the smaller one.
