Still undefeated, Didsbury men's 4s travelled to St Helens hopeful that the pitch would have thawed enough to be playable when we arrived, and it very nearly was...

Despite a heart to heart between a very cold Matt Paine and the umpire, the rest of the team were raring to go... even Fynny and he didn't even have his stick!

The game got underway with 95% of the pitch playable.

It was a great team performance, possibly best told by the very gracious match report from the oppostion...

The match ended 7-1 to Didsbury, only to be downgraded to 6-1 by the umpire at full time. After a team vote we chalked Mini's opening goal off.
