Registration will be at 9.30am with games starting at 10am prompt. We expect to finish around 4.30pm. The club bar will be open ‘til late after the tournament, so please join us for some sociable drinks.
Refreshments/alcohol will be available to purchase on the day, along with the sale of raffle tickets.
All games will be played on grass, and each team will be required to provide a leather hockey ball. (we will have balls available for hire on the day. A £10 deposit will be needed)
The cost is £40 per team - Maximum squad of 15.
The cost is £150 per team, which includes tournament entry, entertainment and camping.
Hockey on the Saturday and Sunday, and the entertainment kicking off the Friday night before. We’ll be running the whole tournament on the astroturf pitches, with evening entertainment in the marquees.
After a lot of thought, we are going to keep our all inclusive drinks offer on the Friday and Saturday nights. Entry to the tented village is over 18s only, and will be by wristband. These will cost £45 per person for the weekend, and will cover drinks (soft drinks, beers, cider and a range of VK) on both nights from when the tent opens around 7pm, until 2am. We think that represents really good value for money!
During the day we'll be running a cash bar, and food will be on sale throughout the event.
Tournament entry is £265 per team of ten which includes camping, entertainment and all hockey.
