2. Match Day Submission

PLEASE NOTE - this form is only for use by captains or team admins who are trialling collecting match fees using Pitchero.

A form needs to be submitted for every game where the club has incurred expenses in the form of:

• Umpires Fees - paid by the captain/team admin on the match day
• Mileage Cost - paid by the captain/team admin on the match day
• Match Teas - ordered at The Northern on the match day

To make the system easy for the treasurer to administer, there should be only one nominated person per squad. This can be a captain, team admin or team treasurer. They should ensure that they have provided their bank details to the treasurer for reimbursement of any match day costs.

The treasurer will review all submissions at the end of the month and issue the relevant payments.
